I was a youth-professional in cross-country skiing.

What is your biggest sports achievement?
While I was a student-athlete in the US, I won the Division III National Championships in cross-country skiing in Lake Placid in March 2022. What languages do you speak?
German (Native), English (Fluent), Russian (Elementary).

What are your passions and hobbies?
I´m an absolute lover of sports and the outdoors. I love all kinds of winter sports, whether it be cross-country skiing, alpine skiing or ski mountaineering. In summer, I love to cycle a lot – going on mountain bike rides through the Alps or going for long rides with my road bike are some of my favourite activities in summer. Besides sports, I love to travel the world and explore new cultures, countries, and languages.

Reading other people´s minds.

Käsespätzle (German cheese-noodles).

It is hard to only name one! I have got to go with Magdalena Neuner, Eric Frenzel and Jan Frodeno!

The words I live by are… (motivational quote)
Keep going, keep growing!

What motivated you to apply for the EYOA programme?
Getting in touch with inspiring people out of the world of sports and spreading the Olympic values among young athletes.

What are your goals as an EYOA?
Getting the message across to athletes that sport is not just about competitions and victories, but about people from all kinds of different backgrounds coming together because of their shared passion for sports, people respecting the rules of fair play during the event and ultimately people building friendships for life.

What would be your dream job in the future?
Perhaps some valuable position within the German Olympic Sports Confederation?

What are your expectations of being an EYOA?
Creating a unique programme for the athletes and sharing unforgettable memories with inspiring people from all over Europe.

What does Olympism mean to you?
To live by the Olympic values of excellence, friendship and respect.
