Swiss snowboarder Yvonne Schütz excelled at the 2007 EYOF, medalling in all the girls’ snowboarding events. She secured gold in the girls’ individual giant slalom and added a bronze medal in the girls’ parallel slalom, showcasing her talent across disciplines.
German cross-country skier Tim Tscharnke triumphed in the 10km freestyle event with an impressive time of 24:21.60. He also played a crucial role in helping the German mixed 4x5km relay team earn a silver medal, demonstrating his versatility and contribution to the team effort.
Sonia Lafuente made history for Spain at the Winter EYOF by winning the nation’s first-ever figure skating medal. She delivered a stellar performance in the girls’ figure skating final, earning a total score of 107.42 points and marking a significant milestone for Spanish figure skating on the international stage.
