Over 110,000 seats across 25 different venues were made available to fans through a unique ticketing system, allowing them to experience the live action of the 2023 European Games right from the heart of the stadiums. On the platform, spectators enjoyed exclusive access to 148 thrilling sporting events, providing them with the freedom to select and personalise their experience at the Games. Over 20,000 invitations were also extended, creating an inclusive environment for supporters from various backgrounds to enjoy these sporting contests.

Focusing on flexibility and convenience, the platform offered an array of seven distinct ticket types. Across four waves of ticket sales – initiated on April 12th, followed by subsequent releases on April 26th, May 10th, and May 24th – fans could tailor and secure their preferred experience at their most favourable time.

Our ticketing system seamlessly integrated with the European Olympic ID and PayU, a leading Polish payment platform. This integration facilitated a secure and straightforward purchasing process, offering fans four different payment methods. Additionally, our extensive network of over 30 staffed box offices ensured personalised and convenient in-person ticketing assistance.

In order to elevate the ticketing experience, we implemented a dynamic and adaptable pricing strategy tailored to the event’s audience. Three dynamic discount campaigns were launched as a result of this approach. These initiatives not only promoted an adaptable and inclusive pricing structure but also cater to diverse preferences, expanding the reach to a wider audience of sports enthusiasts.

To facilitate entry and ensure efficient crowd management, over 200 entry validation systems were strategically placed across 120 entry points.

All of this contributed to issuing over 170,000 total tickets, generating an astounding ticket revenue of 2.5 million zlotys. This success underscored our commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for every attendee.
